Why we started Maxim Sports
Maxim Sports was created with one aim: to help people keep moving using natural, herbal ingredients. We believe everyday aches should be manageable without reaching for tablets first.
So we built a range around remedies that have been trusted for generations, from warming herbs like ginger and cinnamon to Huo Luo massage oil and moxa, and paired them with modern formats that are easy to use: hydrogel patches you can wear for 12 hours, rub-in cooling gels and tape that lasts up to 7 days.

Where is Maxim Sports based?
We are a UK company and every order is dispatched from Chelmsford, Essex.
Are your products drug-free?
Yes. Our patches, gels and oil use herbal and plant-based ingredients rather than painkilling drugs, and our tape and heat lamps contain no active ingredients at all.
Where are your products made?
Biofrost gels are made in Finland, our kinesiology tape uses an adhesive made in Germany, and our herbal patches, Hysan oil and moxa follow traditional Chinese formulations. Full details are on each product page.
Do you offer free delivery?
